The City of Lincoln Center Fire Department's mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life for all citizens and visitors from the adverse effects of natural and man-made emergencies. The fire department is a volunteer fire department. Our goal is to provide a protection program through a cost-efficient approach to emergency response, fire code application and public fire education.

Open Burning Permits
Outdoor burning within the Lincoln city limits including, but not limited to, firepits, garden debris or other materials, requires approval. Please call the Sheriffs Office at 785-524-4479 and you will be asked to contact Fire Chief Jarrod Heinze as well.
