Code Compliance

The City of Lincoln Center is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of codes and ordinances. 

The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Lincoln Center Code and Ordinances.

An Animal Permit is required for the keeping of horses, mules, cattle, sheep, goats, swine, fowl or other undomesticated animals in the City of Lincoln Center.  The permits are to be renewed annually.  For more information, please see the city code.  Animal permit application forms can be found below.
